I've read a bit on our picks today and I think he's got a good shot to actually play (well) for us. Sounds like he's a lot like Dray, but he may be a little better shooter(??)...A number of the key mock drafts had him in the 20's and had Poole in the 2nd. We flip-flopped that but it may have worked out for us anyway.

i'm laughing at the warriors too other than paschall. first jacob evans last year with people like trent, simons, and trier on the board, then jordan poole this year with someone like carsen edwards available. tha fukk is bob myers doing?

I'll say this, if anyone drafted after 28th ends up becoming a better player than Poole that entire scouting department needs to be fired. I'll give Evans one more year to show me something but if Kevin Porter Jr. ends up being better than Poole I'm going to be pissed.
Myers said the team believes in only drafting high character guys but sometimes you gotta gamble if a dude has a lot of talent.

poole would've been available in the 40s. edwards and porter who i completely forgot about will definitely be better.
if it was an available option, he should've tried to get a 3 or 4 yr deal w/ 2 guaranteed or at least 1 guaranteed and the 2nd year partially guaranteed. he's really taking a risk betting on himself on a 1 yr deal.

They straight up sold Warren for cash & somehow gave up a pick that the Pacers traded for 3 other picks & then just kept doing goofy shyt the whole day.

You can't say they will be definitely better. I thought RJ Hunter would definitely have a better career than Norm Powell.

fair enough, but judging on talent/college career/eye test, it's more than a head scratcher to take poole in the first round w/ guys like that still available. and RJ hunter was a volume scorer with poor %'s playing on team for his dad where he could launch up shots. that's on you lol.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think he'll be better than Porter Jr. at all
I don't like the pick at all. The only reasoning I can come up with is that that they thought Beilein would draft him since Cleveland had a pick coming up. I think they reached like a mufukka and I'm an optimist.
