to go from Wilpon fukkery to Dolan fukkery would be something
I've touted this on occasion; Dolan would probably be hands off with the Mets like he is with the Rangers. There are a lot more variables to success in baseball, like having a good scouting department, good farm system, analytics, all that, things that he does not have knowledge or understanding of, that would lead him to be in the background. Basketball, he is guilty of thinking "lemme get all the stars", regardless of how things fit, chemistry, etc. I would welcome a Dolan ownership, but I'm hearing more and more that Steve Cohen still winds up buying the team.

Horrendous fielding by the Mets in the second inning. That was a routine play Dom needs to make. They got out a bases loaded jam, but if he wants to play regularly, he's gotta make those plays.
