@South Paw you have your evaluation of the seahawks draft somewhere ?
No, I feel ok about their draft. They took a lot of positions of need, but its hard to call Seattle drafts right after the draft because they do their own thing and gotta see how they pan out. I was not excited about taking Brooks when Queen was on the board, though Brooks is probably a better fit for their defense. KJ Wright just had shoulder surgery and Brooks can play outside lb for a couple years then probably take over for Wagz when he is done. The 2 edge rushers they took have potential and are more of a Leo that Pete has been looking for. I really liked the pick of G Damien Lewis, I think he will be a day 1 starter at RG, probably why they cut Fluker after the draft. I didn't really like all the TE picks, cuz they have so many players at that position, but I'm sure they wanna get younger. I gave it a B-. Would of liked to see them take a RB sooner w/ penny and carson coming off injuries.

Think DeAndre Hopkins. That's who he plays like. He has unbelievable hands. Makes acrobatic contested catches on the regular. Great at jump balls in the red zone. He's not the fastest guy who gets great separation but he knows how to play.

Saints got themselves a stud. He's an absolutely perfect fit in that offense who will be much better in the NFL than he was in college (like Alvin).

Don't be surprised if he's starting alongside Michael Thomas with Emmanuel Sanders in the slot next year.

Where does he do most of his damage: outside the numbers, slot, or seams? :lupe:

He's best on the outside but can also play the slot and up the seams. The best way I can describe him is he's a NATURAL. Dude makes everything look effortless at the receiver position. Never looks like he's running that fast but guys never catch him. Just unbelievable body control. Throw it up anywhere near him and he'll come down with it. He's probably best at pulling down 50/50 jump balls thrown to him. Despite not being that tall I swear he never lost a jump ball in college. Few chances he got thanks to Tennessee awful QB play he was Mossing cats (including current starting NFL corners like Donte Jackson).

You saw how good Preston Williams looked last year for the Dolphins as an undrafted rookie? I saw both of em play at Tennessee and Callaway has way more potential. Marquez Callaway could have a similar rise as an undrafted free agents who immediately becomes a difference maker on a team.
