Why do we need playoff expansion when the #8 team can't even stay on the field with the #2. I know it's just one game, but I'm struggling to see how there would ever be 8+ actual contenders in a cfb season.

Because Arkansas isn't the 8th best team in the country.

I think they got the best wins outchea, but I can’t not factor in Clemson who should be unranked losing to NC St They should be #1 tho no doubt

Agreed. UGAs hype is off of a struggle W at Clemson, but what does Clemson look like? Arkansas had no business being ranked this highly either.

This season is a great reminder if why rankings don't mean anything until like week 7-8.

Agreed. UGAs hype is off of a struggle W at Clemson, but what does Clemson look like? Arkansas had no business being ranked this highly either.
