I highly doubt he gets 400M. And if they did, it would probably be over 11-12 years.
Rumor is that Toronto currently has the best offer for Tucker so far (8 yrs, 340M). But if that's the case, I'm suprised Tucker hasn't taken it yet. When you account for both length and AAV, I really don't see him getting a better offer than that
