The Mets lost the ‘24 nlcs by the biggest run differential in postseason history

Multiple shutouts and blowouts. Took extras to win 2 of the 4 games this season facing none of their good pitchers btw how bout that observation

Framber Valdez has to be one of my favorite pitchers going. Nothing about his stuff says he should be one of the best pitchers in baseball year in and year out but the man is consistent as hell.

Since April 14th he has one start less than 6 innings, and in his last 6 starts he has a 1.8 ERA in 47 innings with 44 ks

I don't even watch tv.
I only watch movies/shows on Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Apple TV, and maybe reruns of stuff on my firestick IPTV app. Live sports is the only thing I watch that's traditional "television". And I can't stand all the gambling ads they push during the NBA playoffs and MLB games.

Someone needs to post a summary of what American television advertising looks like, because I'm pretty sure it's 95%:

Was always one of my favorite teams as a kid from Giambi through the Moneyball days. They were always "cool", no matter what their record was, just off aesthetics. It's a gotdamn shame how far that franchise has fallen
