I have been fed up with the Yankees under the Boone era. They consistently disappoint in the playoffs, Cashman mostly signs or trades for over-the-hill players, and Hal doesn't seem like he wants to fire Boone & Cashman. It doesn't help that the Yankees have only won a single World Series in the last 20 years (and that was 16 years ago and counting).
The final straw, though, was the worshipping of Trump and Charlie Kirk by the Yankees organization. Honoring Kirk with a moment of silence and inviting Trump into the Yankees clubhouse was it for me. I'm done with the Yanks. F𝔲ck the entire Yankees organization.
I'm now a neutral baseball fan. Ironically, the only other team I could see myself potentially supporting are the Blue Jays (since I have a couple family members that live in Toronto). But for now, I'm remaining neutral.
