The 1st tiebreaker is: runs given up in games between tied teams per defensive outs

So as of right now (8-4 Italy in 7th inning)- if no more runs are scored:

USA- 11 runs/ 54 outs
Italy- 4 runs/ 27 outs
Mexico- 5 runs/ 24 outs

For the US to be out, Mexico has to beat Italy, but Italy cant give up more then 7 runs, and Mexico cant give up more then 5
