strong world is not canon, only shiki is
anyways this seems to be in reference to that sumo match in Gold, so im inclined to believe Gold is canon,

#sub-gang. The seriousness the Japanese voiceovers put into their cartoons vs Americans is not even close usually not to mention the cookie cutter translations
I hate dubs in general Onepiece’s dub isn’t even tolerable to me multiple characters have the same voice and there’s no emotion to it.
