IW opening weekend might outdo Avengers.They could beat JL numbers if they put the teaser trailer in theaters.
The anticipation is palpable.
at this point the only 2 that could really die with any impact are Cap and Tony. they can't just retire. I don't know shyt about the comics, but here's my quick 2 second, no thought whatsoever ways to "keep those characters alive" going forward.
Bucky and Sam are backed down into a corner, and about to be offed. Steve has a huge heroic moment where he somehow sacrifices his life for both of them. They do a "Captain(s) America" movie where Sam and Bucky share the mantle.
Tony has the big death in the climactic battle. We find out that he somehow learned how to transfer his consciousness into A.I. and he becomes the new Jarvis going forward. He is the voice of whoever wears the armor beyond, and for Spiderman, maybe even appears every now and then as a hologram. RDJ gets to remain in the MCU without working much, and still collects the checks he'd probably be collecting regardless
oh and Loki dies for good. depending on how it's done, that would be impactful. I can see Drax dying too, and getting a Gladiator style shot of him entering the afterlife to meet his family.

All that matters is someone that can hold it down the first act or 2 cuz after that!!
I don’t wanna see his face!! Treat Dr Doom like DR DOOM on some Vader and Cobra Commander shyt and keep him in the mask.
shyt matter fact..... if I was Fiegie....... I would introduce him as already 100% Doom and treat him as the Monarch that’s just been sitting back observing all the shyt with the MCU
Then reverse engineer his rise.
Maybe give him a stand alone origin flick to flesh out his past touching on his childhood and events post his expulsion from college on his quest for knowledge on magic how to free his mom with Mephisto as his villain and Dooms conquering of Latveria

I agree. Doom isn't just a villain you pop into a movie....we need a 100% origin story either before or after he's introduced.
Another villain that needs his own origin story, that I'm sure Fox will completely fukk up, is Mister Sinister. His back story is really interesting and sad.
