You can see a direct dip in quality from URL from when Norbes was finding talent vs when P was doing his thing. UM1 class w/ guys like Eazy, Jey, Swamp, Sikh, Chaos were the last class Norbes really worked on before he left and they were the only guys that really stuck. Everything after that has been forgettable. Now that Smack is directly in charge I hope we get some interesting new talent out of it.
