TR let Lopez to fight on Triller, other question is Triller being a fukk up and it might go nowhere... so I guess they'd let Bud too. Less confident that Haymon will let Porter to go on a different channel, see Quillin vs Korobov for reference. If a fighter matters to him he's not likely to let him fight anywhere else than Showtime and FOX. Let me be wrong about it though or I hope PBC wins the bid and we won't have to find it out

Either pbc shows the beginning of a real push to sign Bud and they put forth a bid that will win
Or they barely show interest, someone else wins the bid, and Porter decides to exercise his options in house
Maybe there is a chance another bid offers so much money they can’t refuse but I can’t see Haymon pulling a Arum and settling for a small cut of one fighters purse when he could use Porter in a potential Thurman ppv and get a larger cut from both sides

Could it be that I can watch Showtime's boxing content legally on here? and if PBC goes to Paramount + then that content too?
Good that I can slowly get to watch these cards legally even when TV doesn't show them, starting with DAZN last December and now this. Only ESPN would be left then.

Imo Bud beats Porter and probably Haymon thinks that too, so I figure the only way it makes sense to them if they can count with Bud vs Spence later in 2022 as an undisputed fight on a PBC platform. Bud signing with PBC would probably be needed for that, then it would make a lot of sense to them to make Bud vs Porter as sort of an introduction of Bud on their platforms, even if plenty of the viewers will already know who he is.

no one saw the appeal of Garcia vs Spence when Crawford was in the audience clearly lobbying for the fight either
It’s about money/business at the end of the day
I hope the fight gets made regardless who has to pay for it, but it’s not seeming encouraging right now
