:whew: Yep whether you’re high on them or not, I think we can all agree they all came to fight and were trying to knock you out.

That was an exciting time for the CW division. All those guys going around beating each other up.
that showtime CW era was special...one of my fav fights i ever saw live was steve cunningham vs guillermo jones in worcester....hard fight

Is it crazy to say that the Cruiserweight division in the 2000s was more poppin than the Heavyweight Division? That Toney vs Jirov match was way more exciting than most other Heavyweight match in that decade

I like Wladimir, but the Heavyweight division were in kind of a dark ages after Lennox Lewis retired

It isn’t crazy. The CW division had guys that were more skilled with damn near heavyweight type of power.

I wish it was showcased more.

True that. I guess Schofield beating Farmer is what got him the title shot
I think Schofield was in a zepeda situation being top 5 across sanctioning bodies but prior to the Shakur proposed fight Schofiled Sr was ranting about the WBA and being num 1 and if tank don't fight them tank is gonna be stripped/ tank gonna retire so they getting that vacant.

That's why I was like ok Tank fighting Paul, make him champ in recess and let Floyd fight for vacant/interim/regular. If tank retires or doesn't fight Schofiled then he gets elevated. They could even pull Schofield vs Roach

Nah he should be stripped of his title. The WBA and all the other sanctioning bodies need to grow some balls. If not, it will get out of hand. Any current champion who wants to dabble in an exhibition needs to be stripped ASAP, and have two Boxers fight for the vacant title

Champ in Recess is what WBA did to Charlo when he fought Canelo, and what WBA is doing to Bud when he fights Canelo (this is what opens the door for Mell vs dude who beat Tellez being for WBA title).

So I`m saying they did it in these two cases, so do it to Tank since he is venturing off, and if Tank wants his belt back he can fight the new WBA champ
