The "Viktor Postol vs Selcuk Aydin" undercard fight is kinda intriguing to me, because the winner of that fight is the mandatory #1 contender for the WBC 140 belt held by Danny Garcia. If Danny Garcia moves up, and vacates the belt, the winner will fight either Lucas Matthysse or Adrien Broner (once the WBC reinstates him) for the title

Viktor Postol is 25-0, with 10 KOs, and ranked #10 by RING while Selcuk Aydin is 26-2, with 19 KOs. Decent scrap

Im not really interested in seeing Mike Alvarado get outboxed by JMM....but Ima tune in anyways for the undercard 1st (to scout a possible future Garcia, Matthysse, or AB opponent at 140) and because I love boxing.

A case could be made for both guys being spent bullets.

JMM really only has one way to win this fight and that's if Mike charges straight at him recklessly giving him the opportunity to land a fight changing counter. If the Alvarado shows up from the Rios rematch he might just pull out a win. All he really has to do is outwork JMM and use some lateral movement. Dude is younger and bigger with pretty decent hand speed. He'd definitely pose problems
for Marquez if he sticks to a game plan.

You know what fukk it. I think Alvarado beats this version of JMM. Bradley showed how slow this bulked up version of JMM is. He barely can put 3 punches together on someone that's moving away without being off balance.

I'd be surprised if JMM were to straight dominate Mike. Mike wasn't really a cake walk for Ruslan either and he's a much fresher harder hitting puncher than JMM.

After writing this I'm actually pretty hyped for this fight now. I guess I just had to really sit and think about it.

Aydin doesn't move his hands enough for my tastes. nikka plods around the ring throwing a handful of power shots hoping to get a receipt or some shyt.

His lost to Soto Karass was hard to digest. I think his fight with Postol will be boring, but I hope I'm wrong.
