Contrary to popular opinion, Arum made nikkas fight

Wouldn't give Floyd a fight vs DLH
Wouldn't give Floyd Cotto at 140 after Gatti
Took years to make JCC Jr vs Martinez even tho Chavez wanted it

Wouldn't make Mikey vs Gamboa cuz yuri "can't be trusted" puts Yuri on PAC undercard N against Crawford a TR fighter

Wouldn't make Prov vs Rios while Rios begged for it

That's jus off top...shall I go into the rediculous demands portion??:smugfavre:

I'm probably the only one that's giving Gamboa a real shot to beat Crawford on Saturday.

I think from a skill/style standpoint, I'd have to give Yuri the edge. This is a way better matchup for him than Mikey G to be honest. Only thing that has me hesitant is the size. Crawford is the much bigger guy (he's built like a JWW), and while Yuri is a very good fighter, he doesn't really belong at 135 at all.. He's a featherweight fighter.

At this very, I think I'd go with Crawford. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if Gamboa steps up and gets the W.

breh, gamboa has more than a fukking shot to win this fight. i feel this is a pick em fight.

i look at crawford resume and i don't see anyone who can relate to gamboa as far as skill( speed/explosiveness, footwork, power). on the other side, gamboa gives up size. i was about to say gamboa hasn't fought anyone this big as crawford (who could pass as a 140 pounder), who can box as a southpaw or orthodox and can fight on the inside as well. BUT this is someone like rigo, who has seen damn near everything from a decorated 300 amateur bout career :dead:

since the solis fight, gamboa last few performances been ehh. it's like homie was bored in there with non big names fighters and taken rounds off. hopefully that was the case because, the motherfukka that fought salido, mtagwa, and solis need to show up saturday night.

i expect this to be a competitive fight, unless gamboa just fell off overnight from the layoff. i picked crawford when the fight first got announced but leaning toward gamboa now by sd.

He wanted Floyd to face the other Top Welters in his division while they were prime.. Cotto and Margarito. Floydie priced himself out demanding ODLH, while still having top names in his own division

Gamboa actually did some fukk shyt, so fukk him..not TR btw

nikkas still checking for Rios?? :mjlol:

On 2nd thought Arum prolly did Rio's brain cells a favor by not making a Provo fight. I mean Alvarado 2x and then Manny and now Ruslan :whoa: This nikka already sound like he talking underwater.

I still can't forgive Arum for the Gamboa/JuanMa fight not happening though. :camby: That was lame, but we still got some FOTY type battles with Salido and the infamous blame the ref's gambling problems for getting your ass kicked post fight interview brehs.:mjlol:
