JMM was and always will be best as a FW. Just because he made more money and fought bigger names at 147 dont make him prime there. Dude is a 40 year old LW at best. The big conundrum. Matching smaller guys vs bigger guys and wondering how much speed can take the smaller guys vs the power of the bigger guy. If anyone can do it it is Floyd, because he is so defensively intelligent. At what point is just grazing punches and punches landing on arms and shoulders enough to wear you down from a bigger guy?Skill only takes you so far once you keep increasing in weight.
Floyd Mayweather aint EVER stepping foot in the ring with GGG, because that's almost a death sentence......even though he's willing to fight Cotto (another "middleweight") for the Middleweight Championship

Good video here showing that a substantially quicker guy can move around the ring and have a speed advantage, but won't be able to hurt the larger guy.
Mosley obviously aware and moving the entire time. With smaller gloves, no headgear, and a live fight situation where the bigger guy tries to take you out though.
Mosley says GGG hits like a LH...but as we all know, the smartest way to GGG doesn't appear to be going toe-to-toe, it is going to be through a fighter with movement.

Maidana and Malignaggi BOTH said he's hard to hit, both only landed 28% (Marcos) and 25% (Paulie) of their punches against him, Maidana just so happened to have the power to make the ones he landed over the top count.
He has defense, he doesnt USE footwork so to say it's horrible is kinda crazy....he stands in front of you and likes to walk down his opponent. He hasnt shown any really footwork, or movement, to say it's neither good nor bad. I think it's counter productive, because if he BOXED, he'd be much better, but he likes to stand there
Another thing, B fighters dont have average skills....C fighters do.
