This is professional boxing... Boxers fight much lower than their natural weight all the time WILLINGLY.. If he says he can fight Cotto at 154 he should be able to fight Canelo no problem... That's The fight I want to see, because we know him and Floyd ain't happening

Yea, Golden Boy is helping promote his tune-up fight in December at MSG. I guess he's doing what Mayweather does: Use his own promo company & the help of Golden Boy. I doubt he fukks with an Arum fighter moving forward tho, right?I think hes on a fight to fight thing.

The plan is for Canelo to come back in December and if they both win their fights it's rumored to be Canelo/Cotto for May 6th.
He was supposedly ringside at the Canelo fight but Showtime didn't show him surprisingly.
he won't be fighting any of those dudes.
Martinez is too old to be wasting his time on fights that won't generate big money for him and right now his best options to get paid decent scratch are Cotto, Mayweather, Canelo, Chavez again, and Manny.
