They gonna run Vargas out there to kill off what's left of him130 wastes no gotdamn time....please pair up with another 130 fight
They gonna run Vargas out there to kill off what's left of him
So why doesn't he put a ring on it?
Once Canelo vs GGG happens, he's gonna be aligned with #TheCartel anyways......so he's either taking the W or L![]()

Firstly breh, we weren't talking about any division....your initial response was to someone else who said Canelo was like AB. I picked out your sentence calling Canelo elite and asked you to explain how he's elite.
But, just to be on the same page, you can be elite in 1 division and not elite in another. Just because you're an elite Junior Middleweight doesn't mean you will be an elite Middleweight and vice versa.
Right, controversial Ws over 2 prime B fighters....the only prime, B class opponents he faced at JMW & neither were a dominant performance worthy of an elite tier status if we being honest.
What's the name of the elite fighter that Floyd shut out breh?
Then you go to Pacquiao and go "" about Pac's performance, which you admit was better, but then immediately electic slide over to using Canelo's age as a crutch, but not using the same "age excuse" for Pacquiao who was 36 and out of his prime when he faced Floyd?
Why...

that's not consistent at all breh:khanhuh:

Again:
"As for GGG, he's already clearly destroyed B fighters for a long period of time, which is what elite fighters do."
Canelo didn't beat Lara or Trout clearly and Cotto was washed up.
The last 3 opponents that Canelo beat "clearly" in his class were Liam Smith, James Kirkland, and Alfredo Angulo....that's the same as Golovkin KOing Lemiuex, Stevens, Murray, Rubio, Macklin, Geale to you?
Not to me.
Canelo's wins were equal to GGG KOing Wade, Adama, and Simon.....C level comp.
Lara has draws with Vanes Martirosyan and Carlos Molina on his ledger.....and his best win is over Austin Trout. How's he even on Jacobs level when Jacobs only loss came to Pirog (who's also better than anyone Lara beat) and HIS best win is a 1st rd domination of an undefeated Peter Quillin
Jacobs doesn't have any draws with fighters like Molina and Martirosyan, then a struggle W in a rematch with Martirosyan.
And by the way........Dominic Wade was a mandatory defense while Canelo choose Kirkland to fight on 2 different occasions. Also, yall believe Kell Brook > Amir Khan and that Brook KOs Khan if they ever face off, so again....it seems GGG has the better opps. And what did he do with these respective opponents? He stopped Brook in 5 (Khan went longer vs Canelo) and he stopped Wade in 2 rounds (Kirkland went longer vs Canelo).
Just facts breh![]()
HBO didn't even promote that ward-kovalev fight. if they did, it would have did over 200k. tell me how a little g-lemiux fight gets more promotion than ward-kovalev. can't even get a face off?.....
I firmly believe HBO never wants to see ward become a ppv star. they know he's a direct threat to their white knight. they're putting all their stock behind little g's overrated ass, while more deserving fighters get shunned. I couldn't be happier. fukk HBO.
yo I'm moving into a YMCA youth homeless place for 16-25s tomorrow. They house you for 3 months and give you a key worker to help you get on your feet. I had to do something to get out my moms house. It's killing me being 22 and stuck at home. Plus this place is in the city centre so I'm not far out from anything. I kind of finessed them by telling them I'm homeless but I deserve help too. The government aint did shyt for me.
So...
I wanna close this quick cause I don't want to find myself arguing about Dominic Wade's resume a week later but the point is you can separate the level of opponents Golovkin had and Canelo had aside of their bigger fights (Jacobs, Trout, Lara, May) but I don't really. In my eyes a Liam Smith win isn't really that worse than a Lemieux win for example.
Golovkin's most solid opponents out of Jacobs were Murray and Lemieux. Until Murray Geale was considered his best opponent. Geale who was blasted out by Cotto easily...
Golovkin's best win Jacobs = Canelo's best wins Lara and Trout
Canelo's Cotto win
GGG's wins over Murray
GGG's wins over Lemieux, Canelo's win over Liam Smith
the rest
that's my order mostly based on resume but not only since it's getting harder and harder to separate them once you get to the B- level fighters...
and anyway... as I broke it down in the post you already quoted for me the fact of a win comes first and only then how someone looked in those wins if I think the opponents of the two fighters were on the same level. So for me Golovkin's dominant performances against Lemieux or Monroe won't catapult him ahead of Canelo who beat Lara and Trout but closely/disputably especially that Canelo won those fights on my cards.
Now this was the first time Golovkin fought someone I can compare to that level and I'm even lighthearted now, I mean to gain eve more leverage I could even say that Golovkin did a same type of disputable fight against a 8-1 underdog, but I doN't cause I think Daniel Jacobs also raise his profile and proved to be better than I thought not only Golovkin got the "not invincible at all" price tag.
So if I view Jacobs as a same/similar level of win as Lara or Trout, what I do, I think their performances were comparable, and dare I say I even found Canelo more impressive cause
1: Unlike Golovkin against Jacobs he won against Lara on MY cards
but even if we go by the general opinion which accepts both fights as close, somewhat disputable fights
2: Canelo progressed throughout the fight, he adapted and overcame a very bad style matchup for him. Adaptability is a very important additional intangible to me and Canelo proved more from it than Golovkin so far.
I think as great as a pressure fighter Golovkin is, he has the same kind of problem what Kovalev has, which is the lack of adaptability.
In short: I absolutely can't see Golovkin's resume being better than Canelo's and I think either both of them should be considered as elite or none of them.
i know you got the wrong thread but fam go home to your moms and stack your paper until you can do your own thing. Being homeless is not the wave, nothing wrong w being home at 22.
