He called Khan out but Khan fought Maidana. Cool. No one should be saying Bradley ducked him, when he chose not to fight him in the same manner Khan chose to fight Maidana instead.
if anything, they ducked each other, but there really isnt much evidence to that on Khan's side. Bradley clearly rejected a fight with Khan. It was a smart move but to say Khan ducked Bradley is untrue. To say Bradley ducked Khan is absolutely true regardless of why he did it!
short version: Khan wanted to fight Maidana (Maidana was interim champ to Khan's belt) Maidana was supposed to fight Bradley but Maidana kept pulling out so Bradley fought Abregu. Khan said after he defended against Maidana (an obligation that was
MANDATED) he would fight the winner of Bradley-Alexander. Bradley beat Alexander, rejected the fight with Khan, signed with TR and the rest is history. Now if Bradley had stayed with GSP, he wouldve fought Khan, but it didnt work out that way, he wanted to sign with TR because they were looking for someone to feed to Pac just like they tried to feed Zahir Raheem to Morales! and history ended up repeating itself.
Khan really had nowhere to run because he had to defend against either Maidana or Bradley had Bradley beat Maidana. Now you answer this....why would Khan allow his title to be stripped when he had already agreed to fight the winner of Bradley-Alexander AFTER his mandatory was fulfilled? Bradley cheated us out of seeing the first undisputed 140lb champ since Tszyu. I aint mad at him but truth is truth.
