Not really. That statement actually doesn't really give me the impression that he badly wants to fight Ward. First he gives specific conditions which need to be met in order for the fight to take place (which considering Ward beat him quite comfortably aren't really justified), then he makes sure to emphasize his other options. Plus Froch admits he was fairly beaten by Ward. I don't see any good reason for him to believe the outcome would be different, let alone us.

this...whether ppl like it or not andre ward is the man at 168..regardless of what titles froch holds...froch needs to knock off ward to be that man at 168

imagine if marquez called out floyd after the pacquaio knockout and said " i want a rematch but i'm only fightin you in mexico and these are the terms" :rudy:

when you lose, you should have no say
don't be dictating no terms, i don't care if you the bigger draw or not

whether ward takes da rematch or not, he still got that w over him. froch the one that gotta live with that

but the thing is....we have to let Ward live with that. if he lets his skills erode or bank account dwindle....thats on him. he is in this game to fight and to make money. if he doesnt do that, he will retire. watch what I tell you....if Ward has no where to go...HBO will turn him into a full time commentator before you know it because they wont be paying for his fights if there is no interest.

I couldve sworn in the post fight interview Froch said "I am not saying I would beat Ward but I think I could". He needs Ward or he will forever be considered the #2 fighter in the division. He doesnt need Ward for money and never did. Fighters dont fight strictly for money though.

Ward hasnt come close to losing. Froch just wants to fight at home....like every fighter does...and he is making whatever case he can to justify it. Those tactics wont work on Ward though. They have to have the money right first and foremost or it wont happen.

For a decent purse, I'd bet Dawson would go over there and fight him...maybe even at 168. Dawson about that bread. Ward about being a coy and shrewd business man...ala...:moneymay:

edit: this is what he said "I’m not saying if I fight Andre Ward next I’m going to beat him but I could beat him if I get it right, and in England I get it right." If the Dirrell fight wouldve been in Flint or anywhere in the U.S. for that matter, he'd have lost. So what does he mean by in England I get it right?

Hopkins/Froch coming soon..............Live in the UK

Dawson still got business to handle in 2 weeks, and with Jean Pascal (granted he beats Bute)

Only way I see Ward going to the UK is if Froch pay's him the lion share of the money

Essentially Froch will be purchasing an advantage of a crappy ref and questionable judges
Adelaide Byrd is a horrible judge. 3 straight fights she's given :trash: scores
Omar NARVAEZ vs Felipe ORUCUTA - WBO - Full Fight - Pelea Completa - YouTube

#1 Super Flyweight in the World, Omar Navaez vs Felipe Orucuta............

People were saying that this was gonna be Navaez's toughest test since Donaire back in 2011, were they right?............watch and find out......

Not watching this bytch fight ever again. Him vs Nonito was the worst fight I ever watched

Dude should never be allowed to fight in the US or TV again :pacspit:

honestly, i'd be surprised if frochs team and hearn took a hopkins fight over a bute, pascal rematch or a 3rd fight with kessler or even a dawson-stevenson winner. there's much better option$ than hopkins whose damn near at 50 is still a high risk fight.

i wonder why froch hasn't thought about fighting cleverly at 175, im sure that would be a huge seller in the uk.
