Athletes (in all sports) often get tattoos during PED cycles, be it camp, pre season or pre competition. It can mask the tests, commonly the peds are transfused into the blood via the tattoo itself.
You'll notice now that many fighters seem to gather a few more tattoos around camp period, I guarantee.

VADA should start hit these athletes with defamation suits.

It's disgusting, I agree.
The managers, the promoters, the athletic commissions, the trainers that give them the peds, the fathers that know about it. It goes on and on.
