I'm not saying he's on PEDS because anyone can be & especially at the top level. But I don't know how I'd feel about VADA testing me while I'm on vacation with my fam. They can come test pretty much anytime during the early day or late evening & I don't know if I'd want to deal with that while on vacation after a fight & training camp

Yeah exactly. I agree fully. He just tested clean last month for his fight. Flew out of the country to fight. Now you want a break after training so hard.

Rest and Recovery are important for fighters.

To me it comes off as a reason to pull out of the fight or hopefully just a promotional stunt.

I can understand this point of view obviously, but thats what VADA is, they know that athletes are cheats, so they have to be consistently random, irrespective of sentimentality.

I'll put it another way, your'e Terrence Crawford, you're moving up to 168, by gradually increasing weight over 8-10 months, but you're fighting Canelo Alvarez, a known drug cheat and part of a known drug cheat stable of boxers. If you sign up to VADA, Alvarez is going to have a hard time gaining more of an advantage by trying to cycle testosterone, sarms or steroids, straight after his Scull win. Traditionally, boxers usually cycle the most in the lead up to or beginning of a legit camp.
