I guess this supposed to be a necessary evil to pay for shyt like the cta etc.
But I would be mad too if my property tax went up a whole 2000, I guess they thought the people in some of these poorer neighborhoods need to be taxed more, I’m sure them retirees who live on a certain income ain’t gon like this
But something needs to happen to maintain a budget, I wonder how everywhere else is being taxed in the city
