I dont really use woocommerce/alidropship so I couldnt tell you... one advantage of wordpress is you can clone your site and resell it as many times as you want...

-You can get people to make facebook/twitter/insta ads on fiverrr...
-get cheap seo on fiverr..
-get someone to run your social media and make a marketing plan.. fiverr or upwork
-get promo from social influencers, send them a free product and pay them a low fee to promote.. fiverr also has this but i had success with Famebit.com
-you can also buy tweets and shoutouts from high follower count blogs for cheap
-establish an affiliate program and offer bloggers a percentage to promote it (im about to do this)

What are the going rates for say a influencers per post with 50-100k followers vs 500k?

For bloggers, do they want payment and affiliate income? Speaking of which, what do you use to track affiliate clicks?

After doing some research/reading, I get the sense that the advantages Shopify has over Wordpress+WooCommerce is:

1. Oberlo is free while similar apps for WooCommerce like AliDropship & WooDropship aren't free.
2. Shopify seems to have more quality free apps than WooCommerce based on browsing both of their app stores
3. Hosting is included with Shopify, while you have to sign-up with a 3rd party hosting site with WooCommerce
4. Domain is included with Shopify
