I'm rewatching the saw films.
First one is still great. Elwes and whannel's acting is hilarious though
. Film really isn't gorey. Most of it just implied instead of shown
Saw 2 was. I enjoyed Donnie and the house was pretty good. This is where the franchise started becoming true torture porn. The needle pit is still 
Just finished saw 3 last night. Gonna watch 4 tonight.
The third is probably my least favorite one next to 7. At least from memory. I remember enjoying 4-6 more than I did 2 or 3. I'll see how I feel now.
Anyway yeah the third was
it's where it started getting convoluted and I really didn't care for the Amanda character or her arc. The traps were

I recommend Home Movie(2008)
It's not one of those "LOUD JUMP SCARE!" type films which are constantly released and aren't scary, it's one of those slow build and creepy films that ramps up the tension over time. It's worth a watch and it's only 76 minutes! Not a huge time investment at all, check it out. A hidden gem for sure.
