Yeah you got a point when non power hero get the jump on superpower hero and beat them in a fight it because there using some type of tech to gave them a edge in their fight even then it become a cat and mouse game but frank dont need any of that just good old fashion USA military grade weapons hardware and being a complete sociopath also help too.

this character and the way he manuevers in this universe dont even make sense no more.
