I think it's amazing.

Countless hours training, fighting.... life or death situations.... telepaths, telekenetics, enhanced superhuman stats....

Squads of XMen cant keep two 9 year olds from touching them.

Y’all are right. Honestly though, Laura has been a better Logan than Logan for about 5 years. If Marvel had been smart, I think they would have gave her the belt, pushed Old Man Logan and Logan’s Ultimate Universe son and Hunt for Wolverine and all that other bullshyt to the side, and let Laura + Gabby (+ occasionally Daken) cook. They squandered a great opportunity imo, especially in this day and age.

Question for you and the rest of my comic book brehs: Marvel or DC, who’s putting out better books right now? As a kid who wouldn’t be even read DC growing up, i think it’s DC easy, and has been for about 5-8 years. Marvel is borderline Monday Night Raw-levels of trash with some of the shyt they’ve been publishing. Some great books for sure. BUT... Needless tie-in’s, repetitive events, cash grabs everywhere... why is this not a bigger deal?

But Laura and Gabby are great on their own. They have X-23 and Honeybadger and don't need to latch on to Wolverine's name for ish. Actually, all of X-23's series have been good to great. They basically have Wolverine's belt without the title. And Gabby is coming through crushing buildings. They won't be able to contain her for from becoming bigger for much longer.
