We are a dramatic ass fanbase But I feel you. We need a LW badly. Rice playing with Zubimendi should improve the midfield drastically though.

Eze for me ticks a lot of boxes. Rice, love him to death, but he’s not an 8. He needs another guy able to work off his engine technically. The thing is, he’s not the kind of 6 we need in this team either so this Ramseyesque box to box role is where he’ll stay. Zubimendi is good but I’m not going to pretend he’s some big upgrade over Partey. Let’s see if he can even stay fit. If we have to play Norgaard for an extended period
