His success has been with 3142/3421/343.

Part of the reason why he left Juve in the first place, because he wanted wingers so he could transition the team to a 433, as they struggled in Europe with playing 3 at the back. So when he went to Chelsea, he started with 433, but after getting smashed by Arsenal 3-0, he went back to 3 at the back. And remember Chelsea knew how to play 433/4231, so it wasnt foreign to them, but for whatever reason he couldnt get his message across to make his 433 work. Now the irony is, if he didnt go back to the back 3 and use it as an attacking formation to get the best out of Hazard. It was a tactical innovation that showed the PL that you can be an attacking team with 3 at the back. As most 3/5 at the back up to that point was more inline with what how Rafa played it.

c*nte is still a defensive minded coach at his core. He prefers his teams to score early and then they are able to hit teams on the counter, if they have to chase a game form behind, the team doesnt look as good.

Inter's problem is recruitment, they dont have the players that fit c*nte's system. Also his insistence to play Godin, Skriniar, De Vrij in a back 3 together, when they are all the Central player in a back 3, doesnt help either.
