This guy is fully jaded. There was a time where he could get away with these sorts of comments because he was winning but the bitterness that he's carried since he managed Real Madrid has totally consumed him.
What used to be charm and edge has now turned into full on toxicity and resentment at everyone and everything. I don't see any players, especially in the modern game, getting behind this guy like they used to.
Roma is, in some ways, the last chance saloon for him and I don't see this ending any differently to how it did at Spurs.
