If us armchair pundits can see the problems at the club what you think the players are talking about amongst themselves in the various group chats? Going to United is like a death sentence for the career at the moment and has been for the last 6-8 years? Who has been United most successful signings in recent times? Bruno had a spark when he started but his last 12 months have been terrible. I know people like to use C dot as the reasoning for his subpar performances but Bruno looks and plays like his wife and kids have run off and left him and his dog has died.

You must of gone into shops or restaurants and noticed the staff looking miserable and think to yourself im glad I don't work here. Watching United play gives off that vibe. And if fans can see that so can footballers from other clubs.

Also have to factor in the mid season World Cup. Players won't go to a club that is this visually disjointed and potentially threatens their world cup place.

When your DoF is a career youth development and academy director and still hasn't made his mark after 18months in the job you're in big trouble when it comes to transfers. You cannot even give Murtough credit for C dot because it took Fergie and the ex-teammates to convince him to join.
Yeah. Darren Fletcher knows this team is shyt.
That's why he sent his kids to the Manchester City academy. :russ:

Pep had us forgetting Jesus was Brazilian.

He turned him into an automaton :hhh:

He's playing with so much swag now

Tbf Jesus has also given Tite mixed messages about his preferred positioning and went on a scoring drought. And let's not forget this generation of Brasilian strikers/forwards have been more well rounded in their versatility and work rate than in previous generations.

Andy Cole did the same right? And he isn't the only former player that has sent his kids to Citeh instead either.
Yup. Think he's at Barnsley now.

RVP, Rooney & now Lee Grant. Even Heskey sent this son over to Citeh.

Kaspier Schmeichel obviously, before they bushed him for Joe Hart. :mjlol:

Nobody wants to send their kids to deal with Man Utd's outdated facilities.

Lucky we got somebody like Charlie Savage who's practically already surpassed his father as a footballer. :lolbron:

Oh who am I kidding? He'll be playing for Bolton in League 1 like the rest of them in 5 years... :mjcry:

Ten Hag actually cancelled the teams day off. :russ:

Too phucking right.

But don't the players generally come in the day after a match for recovery work anyway?

On another note. We know majority of the fanbase hates Slabhead as captain. BUT apart from C Tart and going off yesterday's performance by the whole team I don't really see any other outstanding candidate to take the armband? :jbhmm:

We used to still get players here and there. But now we are missing on all our targets. Before it was because thr club were not willling to spend the money. Now thy are spending ALOT of money and are not targeting proper players
Even last ten years of Fergie's reign signing a new midfielder became a running joke. From playing Alan Smith in midfield, claiming Owen Hargreaves coming back from injury (for three consecutive years) would be like a new signing, to bringing back blind Scholes it was always a struggle to bring someone in.

SAF would occasionally sign a big name that was already in England, because foreign stars wouldn't set foot in Manchester, but now after Maguire/AWB debacles club is scared to splash cash on 'proven' Premier League talents.
