in season turnover new player salary budget is not the issue and can be inferred from current players - summer departures. and covered by in season earnings week to week in principle regardless of who buys the club. unless football totally collapses (in which case all clubs are in trouble).

de gea's wage reduction alone is probably enough to cover kim's salary.
