He's had a poor season obviously(who hasn't at Chelsea?), but that isn't even a bad passing % considering the areas he plays in, and look at the progressive passes.I have never rated him but haven't watched a lot of him.
Is this the profile of the player that we want. Another one with low passing completion rate, in addition to being poor at progressing with the ball.

Not to mention he is absolutely ELITE off the ball.
He's the type of player that could slot into any team of any style of play and not look out of place.
He'd help us in the press and winning the ball high up the field especially. And not on some 'he runs' thing(tho he does), he's a clever player tactically.
Anything around 40-50mil would be a steal imo, useful player to have.
But let's wait and see, may not happen.
