Yeah, The big focus on days makes a week feel crazy long and 90 days damn near impossible because its constantly on your mind. You can't go from a everyday fapper to a 90 day challenge just like that. There are other issues there.

Think Malkoon and a few others did well talking about the physical and mental benefits, thread should be more along that line. There are some gems in there but the thread is big it‘s hard to reap the benefits.
