I would recommend buying off a reasonably reputable match goer if possible. I did a quick search on Twitter and found @ChelseaTickets. Some have had scammers but they're quick to notice, otherwise that seems like a good first bet. Loadsa people are moving the tickets around on there at face value with no extra mark-up, which is generally the culture around England in truth. I went to Bradford/Sunderland yesterday & paid face value through someone I know. These online companies like viagogo are bullshyt, stay clear of those.
