Arsenal won the Premier League multiple times against tougher competition in Manchester United and Liverpool during the early 2000s (when Barcelona and Real weren't that good). And Arsenal have beaten both Real and Barcelona in the CL.
Atletico have regressed since winning La Liga 2 years ago. And the season in which they won, Barcelona and Madrid were dealing with their own injury crises. Congrats to them for winning the league but you using that as the basis to claim that they're better than Arsenal is a joke.
