:jbhmm: i like that but he's rumored to cost 50-60 million :what:

:obama:I rather we try to get chamberlain for cheap from arsenal

Ox would struggle to get into the 18 here. Also, Ox and his agent are probably just fukking with Liverpool to get Wenger to give him a new deal.

We need Keita. Keita, VVD, and a left back.

This Gabigol and Inter situation is hilarious and depressing. There's no way this kid's confidence hasn't been destroyed over the last year.

Inter Milan Striker Gabriel 'Gabigol' Barbosa Reveals Where He Will Be Playing Next Season

18 Jun 2017

Inter Milan striker Gabriel Barbosa has revealed he will be staying at the Serie A club ahead of next season.

The Brazil international made only nine league appearances during the 2016-17 season, failing to make a start and scoring just once.

There had been speculation claiming the 20-year-old, also known as Gabigol, could seek a move away but he has dismissed the transfer talk, revealing he will be playing in Italy next season.

"I'm happy here, although it is true that if I don't play, I get bored.

"I can say that I'm staying at Inter.

"My first season at Inter was very difficult, but I still hope to show my qualities. I have been learning and maturing. I feel like a new man.

Agent: 'Inter to loan Gabigol'

June 24 2017

“Inter want to loan Gabigol out
and there is interest from Spanish and English clubs, but not Porto,” said Gabriel Barbosa’s agent.

The striker arrived in a huge €29.5m deal last summer from Santos, but hasn’t been given a single Serie A start.

He managed only 183 minutes of football in all competition for the Nerazzurri.

“Inter want to loan the player out and there is interest from Spanish and English clubs,” agent Wagner Ribeiro told Portuguese paper Record.

Gabi: "I'm going to be playing at Inter next season"

A week later
Inter: "No the f#ck you aren't "

Los Angeles FC close to deal for Wesley Sneijder - sources

Los Angeles FC, the expansion team due to enter the MLS in 2018, is close to agreeing a two-year deal for Wesley Sneijder to become its first Designated Player, sources have told ESPN FC.

Netherlands midfielder Sneijder, currently with Turkish club Galatasaray, has been offered a contract worth $3.5 million-a-year to move to the under-construction Banc of California Stadium.

Senior management at LAFC believe that the capture of the former Ajax, Real Madrid and Inter Milan star will deliver a clear statement of intent of the club's determination to become a new powerhouse in the MLS.

Sneijder, 33, still has 12 months to run on his contract with Galatasaray, but with LAFC not due to start its MLS campaign until March, Sneijder would remain in Istanbul for the remainder of 2017 before moving to Los Angeles in the new year.

ESPN FC reported in November that LAFC was chasing players of a "global stature," similar to LA Galaxy's capture of David Beckham from Real Madrid in 2007, to enable the club to make its mark on and off the pitch in the crowded American sporting landscape.

With New York City FC recruiting Andrea Pirlo, David Villa and Frank Lampard since launching as an expansion team in 2015, LAFC is keen to follow a similar path in order to have a squad able to challenge for success in its first campaign in the MLS next year.

Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic had been a leading target prior to the Swede sustaining a knee ligament injury in April, which is expected to rule him out of action until January at the earliest.

But efforts to capture Sneijder have progressed well and the Dutch playmaker is now close to becoming the first star name to commit to the LAFC project.

Sneijder became the all-time most-capped Dutch player with his 131st international appearance in Netherlands' World Cup qualifier earlier this month. He has played at the last three World Cups.
