I think the only reason why Rafa stays because he is loyal to the fans. If fans show Rafa love , he will do the same. Beside from Liverpool and maybe Valencia (they have some fickle fans,) Rafa never really be liked like that by the fan bases.
Rafa and family loves England. Where else is he going to go? He plays too negative football for Bayern and Dortmund to want him. PSG want attacking football. Doubt he'll take a job in Italy ever again, he is 0/2 there. Got his dream job with Real and we know how that played out.
He would never take the United job, City wouldn't have him on their radar, TBH. Doubt he would go back to Chelsea, under current ownership. He would go back to Liverpool in a heartbeat. So that leaves Arsenal and Spurs.
He has been really unlucky with Inter and Real, but the game is the game

With the changes the two clubs that make the final this year are going to earn double the amount of money they got previously, and that number will probably continue to increase over the years.
