Pep worrying about our attack :ohlawd:

The man is no fool Everton stomped us in Peps first season.

Pep also gave alot of respect to Crystal Palace, they almost beat us.

Being a video analyst for a club team must be a great job. Just watch every game and make notes.

Benitez just wasting his time at Newcastle, the fat man could be managing a CL team right now if he wanted to. Newcastle arent gonna be more thn a mid table PL team with how theyre operated

I think the only reason why Rafa stays because he is loyal to the fans. If fans show Rafa love , he will do the same. Beside from Liverpool and maybe Valencia (they have some fickle fans,) Rafa never really be liked like that by the fan bases.

Rafa and family loves England. Where else is he going to go? He plays too negative football for Bayern and Dortmund to want him. PSG want attacking football. Doubt he'll take a job in Italy ever again, he is 0/2 there. Got his dream job with Real and we know how that played out.

He would never take the United job, City wouldn't have him on their radar, TBH. Doubt he would go back to Chelsea, under current ownership. He would go back to Liverpool in a heartbeat. So that leaves Arsenal and Spurs.

He has been really unlucky with Inter and Real, but the game is the game :yeshrug:.

The job he did at Chelsea for that half a season, was outstanding, but that gets swept under the rug. And has the tag of being more of a cup manager/coach then the one who will take you to the league title. Apart from Real, he has won something with every club he has coached

Taking that Liverpool squad and winning the CL.
Winning La Liga with a top scorer only scoring 6.
Winning Europa League, got 4th place with Chelsea and made both domestic cups semis, considering the fans hating him.
Getting Newcastle 10th last season.

Are Rafa's best achievements IMO.

NUFC paying Rafa good. So even though they are cheap as fukk on the transfer market, he's getting his paper.

That was because Ashley knew he had:ufdup: by not employing Rafa sooner. If he did, they would of stayed up. And Ashley knows he needs Rafa more than Rafa needs him. With Rafa in charge, the club is more attractive to sell.

yeah, but then that nonce wants a ridiculous amount for a club that has 0 players you can market and sell a jersey. He's destroying that club.

wtf is up with the rest of the format changes tho? Brazil with twice as many teams (8) as everybody else other than Argentina, Argentina with only team fewer and now they combined take up 12/16 knockout round places :martin:

The same reason countries like England and Spain get more places than a country like Slovenia in the CL.

All of the leagues across the board wanted a pay increase for winning the tournament, and the best way to bring in more money was to open the tournament to more big clubs. Yeah, it sounds great to say every league has equal representation, but the truth is every league isn’t as lucrative as the Brasileirão. You sell more tickets and have higher viewership when the Brazilian clubs play. With the changes the two clubs that make the final this year are going to earn double the amount of money they got previously, and that number will probably continue to increase over the years.
