Everyone new to Peps tactics takes a while to get use to what he wants and it takes about 6 months. Grealish been there for 2 months. Look at Marhez who basically was Grealish at Leicester and it took him about 12 months to adjust to them. Tbh your hating because he's English and Citeh paid 100m.
