I said it several times earlier in this thread, they could have just used Havertz as the CF for the season and put that money towards a bid for Haaland in the summer.

The problem with Lukaku is that he is too stationary and always has to have the ball almost placed at his feet to be effective. He's easy to mark out of the game when you have a CB that can match his physicality. The other more mobile attackers are darting all over the pitch pulling defenders wide and creating chances for others.
