Ironically I think if the club gave Martial the attention and priority they gave Rashford, we'd be looking at a different player.

LVG, Jose and Ole all chose Rashford over Martial because Rashford being the Mancunian academy grad despite being less talented than Martial. To Rashfords credit though, he's scored far more game winning goals than Martial (I think I saw a tweet claiming Rashford has scored the most last minute game winners in United's history, which is incredible considering his age)

And Martial just comes off as being lazy, as well as being French, and doesn't have the public persona that Rashford has. It's unfortunate really

People are forgetting just how good Rashford is.
I'll be the first to admit that his work rate and decision making the last two years has been embarrasing at times but at his best, I genuinely believe he has the talent to be one of the best forwards in the world.

I've always rated him over Martial but his hunger has seemingly ebbed and flowed at times. If he can get his head right, the guy could be an all-time United great.
