Maybe it’s just me but I’m of the belief that world class players should be impacting general play, especially in the big games. Salah has been playing like a wide poacher for a couple seasons now and people seem to overlook it.

Once forwards get over 30 their game becomes more about moments. In the Prem wide forwards are more or less done once they hit 30 anyway.

He was definitely playing too wide last season especially in the first half of the season. But that's more to do with Klopp changing the way Liverpool play. Trent hasn't really been overlapping him for a good while now and that's even before moving Trent inside more and Salah isn't playing in the half spaces as much unless it's in transitions.
