I use a mental scorecard when rating manager performance just like you would when assesing the performance of anybody in a job .ok
you said that it is "unacceptable".
what does that mean?
that you "accept" it and support him anyway?
He ranks highly in baldness....I use a mental scorecard when rating manager performance just like you would when assesing the performance of anybody in a job .
There are many things to judge: leadership, how he manages both internal and external stakeholders (the press, fans, the board etc.), playing style, results, players bought & sold, attitude and potential for improvement.
Your performance in one particular category may be unsatisfactory but it's how it weighs up against the overall scorecard and/or any mitigating circumstances that ultimately drives my view.

Jesus man, @BelieveBeOK clearly and concisely detailed what he thinks of the coach.you said that it is "unacceptable".
then when asked what that means you dodge the question like neo.
