Yeah pretty much, goin off the highlights of the last year or so that I've seen, his flicks and passin seems off. Ozil is smarter though and the better player overall, Di Maria sometimes

Carlo isnt rigid in his formation, he picks what suits the players he has the most. Milan 4312/4321, Chelsea was 4312/433, PSG he ended using 442, I've seen Real use 433/4213/4231 under Carlo so far. Ozil wanted a pay rise and in the background they felt that Ozil werent built to fight for his place.
