I mean, Arsenal spent a record fee on that captain save a Ho Pepe… so I’m sure that made them reluctant to take that kind of risk again…but then we spent 65 mil on Havertz
Granted he had PL experience but still… I wonder how much his release clause is.
Havmomentz was suppose to be your Xhaka replacement not your main forward. Fast forward 12 later when PSR made teams do creative accounting when you have players with limited experienced going for 30-35m. So while the 65m looks a lot it looks a steal. And all Havmomentz needed was some TLC
and someone to have faith in him.

Klopp's team was built off signing players PL experience. And tbh to Havmomentz he's a good shythousery player. It took a while but he's acclimatised to the Hustle amd bustle of the PL.
Smicer was also 32 when he scored his CL goal

And for the first 2 months, I definitely wasn't a fan off his signing.
You wanna critique aspects of Kai's game cool. But to criticise a signing thats got you 35 goal contributions 25 g, 10 assists in exactly a season and a half.
