Ill never forget the owner coming onto the pitch to yell at NES after they lost that last home game (and went out of champions league because of it)

It's always wild when clubs forget who they are. You're Forest and should be thankful you have a coach like Nuno that is performing well. It's the same thing with West Ham where they thought they were too good for Moyes. Luckily they landed Nuno, but West Ham sacking Moyes like they did, didn't make much sense to me

It's crazy to me when clubs spend no money and think the manager is the problem.

I’m not gonna lie, seeing the chaos with other clubs on and off the field makes me appreciate the stability Arteta has brought to the club even more.

I may be hugely critical of his tactics (and rightly so) but outside of Pep, he’s one of the few managers who has survived being sacked. We don’t have to worry about BS politics that affect other clubs.

We have to remember post-wenger era was chaos. We had many people trying to play the politics game to control the club. We had that snake Raul that did many shady deals and possibly pocketed some money from the club. We had marketing guy trying to win the the battle. Maybe it was the right move, but didn't allow Emery to get any of his players, and so much of other fukkery tbh.

I know Arteta needs to win, but I truly feel we would be a lost club without him. We needed a figure to provide control because we all saw what happened with Emery and we could be like the other clubs that is cycling through managers and not getting it right.

That Raul/Emery situation was shady as hell but unfortunately that’s just prevalent in all businesses. We were just unfortunate enough to see how detrimental it was to the club.

Luckily for Arsenal, they only had to go through one manager to find a worthy successor to Wenger. Teams like Utd and Chelsea are getting ran through like the neighborhood bust down.

Edu and Arteta had a good understanding but ultimately it was Josh Kroneke that came in and basically said "Arteta is the guy, if you don't back his plan you can go elsewhere". Edu did and now look.

More power and more influence ain't always the move.

I think we would have found someone. It didnt take Arteta to bring stability. Arsenal has not been a club to sack managers in a reactionary way.

So while we have a period of stability under Arteta, this can be achieved with any manager who is given time.
