I think we would have the tiebreaker with a 1 goal win assuming it’s not a crazy scoreline, I think it comes down to away goals scored in the group in that situation cause we would be level in all the other tiebreakers and we have a decent lead in that but I’m not sure

I’m looking at best 2nd place and if my math is right I just can’t see any realistic probability of that being a viable option as things stand unless we really give Benin that work and there is janky results elsewhere

Making 2nd in the group AND one of the top 4 2nd place spots is very slim chance. They are behind Cameroon, DR Congo, Madagascar and Burkina Faso (and tied with Uganda) for 3 spots. They would need a win, and a handful or draws or losses

Nah, it was the 2 draws against Zimbabwe that killed them. Win both those games, and they are top of the group right now.
