Drake would have to submit it for consideration and he doesn't seem to wanna do that anymore, hence why More Life wasn't nominated for anything and why Hotline Bling won last year instead of the year prior. He seems disenchanted by the process.

He was salty about not being in the pop categories. He felt that the Grammys profiled him. He said how did Hotline Bling win best rap song with no rapping? How was One Dance not a song of the year nominee? He sideways called them racist. He will submit though.

1. Hov deserves a grammy
2. The MIGOS deserve a grammy for song of the year. The Grammys is scared to death of TRAP music. They fukking know it.
