I've don't spent over 20k this year on repairs to my basement alone! Fuxk keep breaking down. Basement shower pan cracked, pipe cracked. Insurance not trying to pay much

Someone put up a Trump 2024 Flag on their house.
Snitched on them to the HOA, it's trash and against the rules.
This was like a year ago, HOA made them take the flag down. I was out walking today and these people got a new Trump flag up again.

They installed a flag pole on both sides of their garage. One was for the US flag, the other for Trump.
What tripped me out is when they were forced to remove Trump flag v1, they took the US one down too even though it's allowed. US flag was never seen again, and now Trump v2 is out there alone.

Get preapproved to see what you can afford. Try to get something below the max. Also whatever you're budgeting just remember you're going to have to pay closing costs + some things will likely break immediately after you move in

I may have to get a Water Heater installed soon,the one came with the house is leaking at drain valve. the unit was made 2010
Replced the drian valve with a metal one and flushed the tank,,,,,, no leaks so far
the other drian valve was plastic

We made an extra payment (towards principal) each month. Used a spreadsheet to track additional lump sums to principle also.
