I feel like I’m in a toxic relationship with this podcast.

Joe’s tone on this pod is still of a psycho, he’s beyond help. He wants to be cool too much, rather than being effective. He is not an effective leader or business person. He needs someone to manage him... and the pod.

The way he is saying he takes accountability like oopsy, rather than having a deep introspective look at himself and impact of his actions. Man child for sure....

You sound like you need to sit in on his therapy sessions.
